The SENSA Labs Team organizes an established incubator class that has run for 3 years in the Spring at Stanford University. Labs Associates design the syllabus, reach out to prominent people in the field of social entrepreneurship, have access to our extensive database of mentors and alumni, and serve as TAs in the class.
Very Impactful People (VIP) is a speaker series that features a different social entrepreneur every week during Fall and Spring Quarter. VIP has invited speakers from several different sectors — non-profit, investing, academic, etc. It is a great way to reach a large pool of students to get them curious about social entrepreneurship. VIP hopes to expand to reach a wider audience and eventually outside the Stanford community.
The Fellowship Team partners with game-changing social entrepreneurship organizations across the country to offer paid summer fellowships to Stanford undergraduates. They offer diverse opportunities — from software engineering to business development — at companies driving systemic social change in a variety of sectors. Students are able to gain meaningful experiences contributing to an organization that is creating real change while developing their own skills, understanding social issues, and exploring the vast social entrepreneurship space.
